As a result, IOT invested heavily in our people and the technology to support their performance. Specifically, our technical training program continues to enhance our team’s skills and preparedness. IOT engineers have not only completed all of the Canon product training courses but also worked diligently towards Microsoft certifications.

Deploying BEI’s technical management system allows IOT to aggressively manage our client support by measuring critical KPI’s such as: response time, uptime, First Call Effectiveness (FCE), Mean Copies Between Visits (MCBV) and Hold for Parts

(HP). Since implementing BEI’s measurement and incentive program, IOT has increased our FCE and MCBV by over 50% while also aggressively lowering our HP as BEI’s parts utilization tool is highly advanced, predicting parts inventory needs based on machine population, volume, and uptime.

Scott Manoogian, President and CEO

Mr. Manoogian comes to IOT with over 28 years of successful office technology experience representing Canon and HP products since 1993.  Having spent his entire professional career representing Canon, he has held numerous jobs including geographic sales representative, sales manager, Graphics Sales Specialist, Vice President of Sales and President.  Mr. Manoogian was instrumental in growing his previous company into one of Canon’s largest independent dealers in the United States.

Scott lives in McLean, VA and has three children, Amanda, Alex, and Sam.  He holds a BA from Virginia Tech and a MBA from George Washington University.  Personal interests include competitive tennis, golf and spending time with his children.

Ken McGraw, Vice President

Mr. McGraw has been successfully representing Canon products since he entered the office technology industry in 2002. He worked his way from an entry level account executive to being consistently one of the top selling Canon representative in the country. In addition to direct sales, Ken had supervised a team of account executives and has also managed some of the largest, most complex and technically advanced Canon customers.

Ken earned a BS from the Pennsylvania State University and recently completed his MBA, also from Penn State. He enjoys running, being outdoors and spending time with his wife Shari and their children, Alicia, Lucas and Hailey. He also volunteers at his kid’s schools and coaches some of their sports teams.

Shawn Wolfe, VP of Service Operations

Mr. Wolfe has over 15 years of experience in the copier industry working for both independent dealerships and copier manufacturers.   During this time, he has gained experience in almost every aspect of servicing Copier and MPS accounts.  These positions include Field Service Technician, Service Dispatcher, Shop Repair Technician, Setup Technician, Installation Technician, Field Service Team Manager, Warehouse Manager, Parts Manager, Training Manager, Service Manager.  During his time in the industry he has used his knowledge and experience in shaping and improving several service departments.

Shawn currently resides in Silver Spring MD where he has lived for the past 15 years.  Shawn received an Honorable Discharge from the US Navy, where he began his electronics training while serving as a sonar technician on the nuclear submarine USS Annapolis SSN-760.
